| As the national thorough implementation goes with the strategy to build a powerful nation with the aid of talent group,colleges and universities should step up their efforts to develop themselves with the aid of talents.It has been a very urgent task to improve teachers’ quality,and establish a talent-centered institute.Presently,the implementation of the strategy is being confronted with both opportunities and challenges.Colleges and universities should renew their ideas concerning talents,pay great attention to the development of top talents and creative groups,enhance normal training,set up a healthful teaching administration systems,and establish a talent-centered institute. |
