| Determination of the contract’s applicable law is a critical legal issue related to international contracts. Based on the feature of a contract, the author suggests we adopt Validity Principle to determine the applicable law. The trend of the practice of determining the international contract’s applicable law also shows the effect of Validity Principle. So we can take it as a guide in the study and the practical determination of the international contract’s applicable law. |
